Duplicated buildings?

What Went Wrong?
I noticed that there was a second speech bubble under the upgrading speech bubble, so I opened the move tool and moved the hovel from the original spot (marked in blue) to the spot marked with red. Underneath this hovel was another hovel that was upgrading with the same timer as the original one (12 minutes). I then moved the "new" hovel to the spot marked in yellow.

The doubled bubbles can be seen in the screenshot.

It also seems that my population cap for my level is incorrect. According to the wiki, the cap at level 15 is 102 but I have 106.

Steps to Recreate the Issue
Not sure how the original speech bubble duplication started, but I opened move tool and moved one hovel to find another.

Update: the buildings finished upgrading and the blue-circled building was able to be upgraded but the yellow-circled one is not. Clicking on the done upgrading button causes it to reappear.

moving to the world map and then back removed the duplicated building and set my population cap back to 101.

Thank you for tracking the whole cycle. There seems to be a lot of visual bugs that disappear eventually.
