Why aren’t players banned?

These type of players seem to be everywhere. This player happens to be a grandmaster. Why is nothing done to these people? It’s wild. And the reason I will eventually stop playing.

Report them in the game.
For what it's worth, the devs say they eventually look at all reports.

I report them. Nothing happens.

Nothing will happen to them. They know they can be complete assholes with no consequences. The devs have publicly stated they won’t allow you to block players either.

I’ve reported at least a hundred players and I still match them.
