After I win the screen doesn't go anywhere. I have to force quit. If I load it up again, I get stuck in a rejoin loop. Only way to get out of it is if I exit my account on my phone. Please fix.

I have the same issue! As soon as the game loads it auto rejoins me from a match I played over a MONTH ago and doesn't let me leave it without force closing the game every time.
