The update we're currently rolling out requires the latest client for login. If you are logged in with an older client (2.3.2 or lower) you will get an error popup and a notification in the login screen that you'll need to update your client. Steam and WebGL are already available and mobile will follow shortly - those need some time to process via the app stores. We'll make a separate announcement once all clients for all platforms are available in the latest version 2.3.3
