You can right click on their name and there's a menu. There's something on the score screen too to report
right click on their avatar, sorry

though honestly, their system doesn't work. A guy told me to blow their dick for not trading to let them get ahead, reported him, blocked him - guess who appeared again to make disgusting comments in two games after that
