@junior cipher please use the in game tools available to report players. Our team will take action if they receive a report. CU is no place for language like that and our terms of use clearly state that. I kindly ask you edit your port and delete the screenshot since this can´t be up here.

As a general statement: breaches of our terms of use will result in bans. A ban might be temporarily or actually lifelong. Our support team works hard to enforce our terms of use but sometimes it can take some time. Best way for you as a player to actually don´t get bothered by such behaviour in the future, is to put those accounts on your block list. that way, you won´t get matched against them in the future.

I really wish you would also work hard on banning the cheaters at the top of the leaderboard - it´s worse than ever at the moment.
