It would be nice to add a vote to kick option to deal with people who are intentionally delaying the game. I am so tired of having to deal with people who get upset because they are losing and they intentionally let the timer run to the last second on every turn.

That is different from when a person waits for the whole timer to expire before rolling the dice.
