I made this suggestion because Supercell lowered the prices of things in Brawl Stars in Brazil, as they were very expensive before.

I think its to do with currency conversion and not dev choice. Like they set the price for USD or wtv and then the appstore converts it automatically to other countries currencies based on the conversion rate. Im not entirely sure though.
