Ability to use license toppings when you're out of stock

Can we add an update where the toppings that you're initially given access to via license (figs, zucchini, and artichokes) can be used if you run out of the ones you've grown yourself once you've beaten the story?
Other toppings that are initially limited to grown-only are upgradeable later on to allow this, but not the three listed in parentheses.

They're licensed because they are only grown in the garden, the market doesn't supply you with those, this is why you get them yourself
