Transfer data and saving data progress issues

Hi, so my sister is still underage, hence she cant make TBID. She play gpgp abt 2 years or so and want to change her phone, i've emailed the help center twice within 2 weeks but there's no reply yet (i also emailed them about bug and the they replied within a day). I also read the basic help on the website but still can't find the answer :'

are there any options to save my sister's data? because gplay and facebook saving data no longer used.

Unfortunately I don't think there is anything they can do, without a TapBlaze Account no data can be transferred

Try to not wipe any data or rid of the phone that has the game

see if restoring a backup on the new phone works, if it does then that's amazing!
