I had in-game progress from day 134 but lost it due to me Deleting the GPGP app and looked into settings but only saw a delete data button, how do I log in or use Game Center data on IOS? I’m in chapter 1 and on day 2. How can I log in on re-installing the app? I have no screenshots of 134 but made a tapblaze account how can I log in?

there is no login with data center on iOS, it is not supported
and looking by the screen it seems the age entered is not 16+
TBIDs are only for 16+ players

Does that mean I have to grind back up to 134? (Also I bought antique cashier & cat ears accessory for the tablet, do I have to buy them again?)

You might have to grind again but since you already bought premium items I do not recommend you buy them again because you already paid and own the receipts for them
If you had a TBID you could email support and let them know of the issue and provide receipts and they could help restore your items, but unfortunately it doesn't seem that you have one
