Well ive been playing the game for more than 3 years and i got a new phone. My old device is a redmi 9A and my new one is a redmi note 13 pro. I started the game when i was under 16 but now im over 16 and it still refuses to make me a tapblaze id. So now i cannot transfer my game over to my new phone. I emailed cs but got no answer. Is there anything i could do?
