Layout is stuck in wide mode for tablet and I'm on phone

so I tried the wide-mode thingy, my things are too small and it's hard to make pizzas, so i turned it back but it just looks like this instead of the old layout for mobile pls help

Did you deactivate extra counter space or stacked counter?

see the one you deactivated, go and deactivate the other one
