What is it? Is it like a way to connect with people online or am I adding random npc and what is local and what is online? What the heck are stars and what do I get from getting them? How do I add people?

-Not sure about the npc thing though.

-You add people by their TapBlaze ID or avatar name
mostly shared at #bakers
-Online are the friends you add
Local is the ones you don't exactly add but rather there by default, like TapBlaze, Oats (from easter event) and other characters
