#Hidden Achievements on Chapter 5. Can't call Flash late-game.

Hello! So I was looking on the GPGP wiki and I saw that there are 3 hidden achievements regarding on calling Flash to get extra information about these characters. However, I already finished Chapter 5 by using Keh's freezer and that Julius Cheeser is gone. Can I still do these 3 achievements and wait until Flash is available to call him back or no? Do I need to restart the WHOLE entire game because of this? Thanks!
