i was around level 90 when I updated the game and it just deleted all of my progress… i still have the achievements but im back to day 1

were you connected to Game Center by any chance?
if you are logged out, see if you can log back in, if your progress doesn't come back

then unfortunately there are no ways to get it back

If it was not linked to a TapBlaze ID from the start, then it is most probably gone..

We're very sorry, it cannot be retrieved

The support for saving via Game Center (iOS) Google Play Games (Android) Facebook, is not reliable in saving game data

only a TBID is the reliable way, so if you happen to start over, I'd recommend you make one (it is linked to your email)
