Connecting your headphones after opening the game will play the audio through the speaker instead (connecting a headphones device after the game has been launched). This only happens with the game as any other audio will play in your headphones instead. The reverse can be said as the game will mute ALL audio, no sound effects, no music (starting the game with a connected headphones device and unplugging it after the game has been launched). This problem is carried over to Bluetooth headphones as well.

If you're playing on windows, go to the settings, in the volune tab and see if you could switch the audio output

#

sometimes It doesn't detect headphones (wired/bluetooth) right away and you would have to make sure and switch it yourself
