I can't plant garlic

I unlocked the garden before I could unlock it chapter 4 because of the event, but now the tutorial is bugged, it neither let's me plant garlic nor let's me skip the tutorial, I tried removing my previous plants and buy few seeds but it still doesn't work, it just keeps multiplying the tutorial hands till it gets pitch black :') it won't let me continue the game without planting garlic? What do I do?? Do I wait for the restock??
