Indeed, that happens when you give flowers to the same customer twice. After that, their happiness is permanently increased to 110%.

Well, technically it's 110%, but it starts decreasing immediately.

but before you accept the order the happiness meter doesn't decrease, and it's already 109% when the customer orders 🤷
