I keep trying to access and connect to my Shadow PC, but I keep getting the error message R-617. It comes up constantly, no matter how long I wait, whether I reinstall it, whether I log out and then log back in. The error also occurs if I try to go into Display Safe Mode. I have already done a settings reset, that doesn't work either. I think I know what the problem is: I downloaded Cloudflare Warp, then set it to private network, then I also clicked connect, and my Shadow PC did a stream restart. Then the screen went black, and I was kicked to the Shadow PC launcher, and since then I can't get into my Shadow PC anymore. Please help me, and please remove this tool as quickly as possible.

No, unfortunately it doesn't work in the browser either, there is no error message, but three white dots appear every 20 seconds and then disappear again and this is endless. I use Windows and have no VPN on my local PC. The problem will be because I downloaded cloudfare warp and clicked on connect and since then it doesn't work anymore, so I can't get into my Shadow PC anymore because the error code all the time: R-617

Ok so you can try to login to cloudflare account and disable your shadow device

Then shutdown Shadow and start it again
