You are in the queue. All you need to do is to wait until you get a free slot.
(And yes, the estimated wait time is bugged.)
Got it. It just feels like whenever I get the slot, I encounter an L111 error and end up at the back of the queue, unable to connect for over an hour.
The actual issue ATM is the L-111 error, it's happening to me and many others. What data center are you on? So far I've only seen people on DEFRA01 have the issue.
The wait time time is, as said, bugged but that's not the actual problem.
I have Power VM on DEFRA01
DEFRA has indeed the highest risk for queues in my expierence. But never had this L-111 error after the queue.
When I am willing to sit through the queue, then it just connects for me after I get a slot.
It’s pretty normal to have a couple of minutes of queue time in the evenings, but today something feels off. I am in the queue again and again 😕
Yeah. Seems like something is wrong on your end. I was wondering that there is still a queue at 10:30pm (MET). Peak times are usually from 17-21:30 (5-9:30pm).
I just started my Shadow and it connected directly without a queue (DEFRA, Shadow Power).
Try the browser version (launcher) and check whether you are put on queue again. If your Shadow starts in the browser version, just close the browser and start the other launcher. It should take over the session then.
BTW the standard Neo and Power plans have lower priority in queue than the pro tiers.
Yes I tried in the browser and in 2 other devices, even on different interntet provider. all giving error L111 I have Pro tier
I’ve been using ShadowPC for work over the past year, but a couple of months ago I had to completely restart it because it wouldn’t start. Ever since, I’ve had this lingering fear every time I boot it up. Now it feels like something might be wrong with my VM again. 🤔

But are you put on queue again or not? If it goes straight into L-111 the launcher times out while trying to reach your Shadow. Just don't try to start it for 20 minutes and if the error still occurs after that, open a ticket for official support.
Open launcher > Starting > Queue (couple minutes) > Error L111 > Start Again
Used it this morning everything was fine.
