#Shadow PC does not start & website does not load

Like said in the title, I tried starting my shadow pc for a few hours now, it fails every time after waiting for up to 40 minutes in queue every time. Now I tried login out and back in of the launcher, and the website does not load. What is going wrong??

I checked, it may seem it's actually a CloudFlare error, because other sites also won't load

So, I was able to login again, but starting the PC still fails with L-111 every time
