Same here, and there are other posts about this so it seems like a issue for several people right now. It started right after a Windows update yesterday.

If the steps in the article don't help, the final one is to open a ticket with Shadow Support. To which they'll reply earliest Monday.

But you'll need to contact Shadow Support.. or Reset, up to you.
