for some reason when I do the "repair shadow" thing and try starting it up it goes through this update process but never works, takes bout 2 days for it to work 🤦🏾‍♂️

just Issued a factory reset for my entire shadow pc, it's fine tho even it was 4 months worth of progress 🥲🥲

will contact support if the issue accusers again but ive seen other people running into this problem and they claimed they just factory reset the entire shadow pc.

Support could have given you a link to download your files if reset was required.
