the other night i bought the bendy and the ink machine games and these past few days of me trying to play it, my mouse just kind of... jumps over like its skipping frames?? im not too sure if its because the game is a bit old, or its shadow.. either way, im trying to answer my curiosity lol, thank u 🙏🏻 (sorry for the blurriness in the beginning, i had changed it to very low to see if graphics were the issue)

highkey i shouldve clipped it the nights before because its not that bad now but.. yeah..

Hi, do you use a wireless mouse ?

I have that kind of problem with both my wireless razer, and not with an old wired mouse

#

(I opened a support ticket, I hope they find the problem)

Ok I ordered and received a wired Razer and still got the problem ... only the none wired mouse is working

#

Looks like the problem is only for Razer mouses on my side

Pro click (V1) and Deathadder essential and vyper hyperspeed

#

none are in the compatibility table provided by Razer 😉

#

But what's strange it's there was not problems until a few days ago

#

And I play with Shadow for 2-3 years

a 1000+Hz mouse is pretty dependent of network link quality and local machine CPU, you may check that your local CPU is not at 100% also when having issues and make sure your network stats are stable

#

so if works with an old mouse most likely operating at 125-250Hz, you may need to keep digging how to change your mouse polling rate to a lower value

#

I got your point, but it seems that it cannot be done without using synapse ...

#

I add it to the support ticket I opened, thank you, I think you are on the right track

#

FYI it looks like Synapse on MacOS is more limited that the Win version ...

Here is the mac os list

#

Ok I used the USB HID forward option, to get my pro click detected on the Windows on my Shadow, used Synapse to reduce polling rate, then disabled the USB HID forwarding. It looks like it worked

#

Gonna try to play games tonight and will check back to give you feedback

I confirm that it does solve the problem, I'll let you know the support response 😉

I did set it to 125 and it works very well for gaming
