Summary: I am unable to launch The Division 2 due to the Easy Anti-Cheat "Virtual Machine" error.
Troubleshooting:
Clean install of Windows 11 Home (22H2).
Masked GPU (Quadro RTX 6000), Network (Intel), and Disks (Samsung) in Registry.
Disabled "Red Hat QXL" in Device Manager.
Core Isolation/VBS is turned OFF.
Changed BIOS strings in Registry, but the error persists.
Other Helpful Info:
Using Shadow PC Beta app.
Game version: Ubisoft Connect.
Everything else (like Space Marine 2) works fine.

It's an intentional change from Epic Games , who without telling the devs anything, blocked most of the games with an update.
I know Easy Anti Cheat, have 2 license: a free one ( where you can't manage anything) and a paid one.
EAC is based on a renewable license for "updates and new cheats detection", so this explains why some games are not affected (Elden Ring, Dragon Ball FighterZ and RageMP currently) while others are made incompatible, with an update, like The Division 2 team did ( update their EAC software) even if they are old or not so esports oriented.
EAC grabs informations about the PC it's running on at every game launch, then waits for a greenlight/no go from the server.
Apart try to contact the Division 2 team, to tell to reach out Epic Games to whitelist Shadow, we users, can't able to do much.

I highly doubt that Epic will whitelist shadow, as cheaters would most likely try to mimic it to cheat
As much as I want them to, that may just be the case

Have ShadowPC representatives tried anything to address this issue? It will soon turn out that half of the games will be unplayable.

Yes, they have reached out to Epic and other anticheat developers, also in a Newsletter at the start of the year they said their main goal was to try get validated with these anticheats. When there's news to share, it'll be in #🔧┃known-issues
