Hi chat 👋🏽 I am here as I do have a problem with login to my shadow launcher and then when I realized I couldn't at all even send the reset password for my account that still I haven't received anything to my gmail...

It seems that I don't have any account although I am with shadow for more than a year ...

I contacted the support but since Friday I still have no reply ..

When you contacted support did you get an automated email reply confirming the ticket opened?
