Yo - same!
For now I just did my output to my mac speakers and my input on my headphones but yea idk how to fix this
Yeah, If I figure it out, I will ping you here
On the Shadow check the Windows settings for which device is set for audio output. There should be more than one available. Test through the available options.
I am pretty sure mine is set to a NVIDIA device. If you do not see such an option, install the latest game ready drivers from NVIDIA and check again.
how do i choose
Choose "Download for Desktop"
And use "Express" when installing.
Systemsettings on the Shadow are looking like this:
The "Virtual Audio Device" works for me as well as the "NVIDIA High Definition Audio" one. And btw I am on a Mac as well. I just connect the headphones to the Mac, set them as device for output on MacOS and the sound from the Shadow works without problems.
Got you - my issue is Shadow won't recognize my headset as a dual input and output for audio
I had to disconnect my Bluetooth and went direct as a USB source, that worked. I'm using Turtle Beach headphones
what do you mean direct as a usb source
like wired?
Yeah, I have a usb cable for my headphones, that worked
yoooo thank you so much bro this worked 🙏
