My shadow is not working. I updated it and every since, it’s been not loading my apps and when I try to restart the app, it takes forever to close and once I try reopening the app, it says an error has occurred and asks me to turn off shadow or contact support but neither works. I also purchased another shadow account and it isn’t giving me access to it.

There is no official support on weekends. Just make sure to open a ticket and wait for Monday ... at least. Or consider resetting your VM if there is no important data on it.

It started back working after about an hour of updating . Although, my rockstar games is still acting up. Hopefully I can see what’s causing my gta to not download

it is back to acting up again… giving me this message . I’ve followed the instructions and also tried the repair my shadow pc option and still no luck… the app will open and then automatically restart streaming
