Erm you can try uninstalling all Shadow apps, deleting cache folders.
How to clear the app cache on Windows:
Uninstall your Shadow Launcher
Go to your %appdata% folder (Windows search '%appdata%') and delete all 'Shadow'-related folders
Delete the folder C://Users/username/.shadow
Restart your computer
Download the launcher again (as in a fresh install from Shadow website)
