if on chrome browser just go to advanced settings and disable hardware acceleration , that fixes it most of the time

To turn off hardware acceleration in Opera GX, open the settings menu by clicking the red 'O' logo, navigate to Settings > Browser, scroll down to the System section, toggle off "Use graphics acceleration when available", and click Relaunch.
