when i try to open rockstar lancher its not opening coming try after some time.pls do something why rockstar blocking ip?.any solution

For what I know, to fix the Rockstar launcher log in issue, you need to re-sync the clock to a time server ( which you already did ).
Other ideas, I have in mind, it's just uninstall and reinstall the launcher or delete the cache.
🧹 Clear Rockstar Launcher Cache
Press Win + R → type %localappdata% → press Enter.

Navigate to:
Rockstar Games\Launcher
Delete everything inside that folder (don’t delete the folder itself).

Then go to:
%localappdata%\Rockstar Games\Social Club
And delete its contents as well.

Otherwise, did you search through Google, if there's a problem to Rockstar servers at the moment?

Reinstall the Rockstar services and open it with administrator

Tried all of these still no success.
