Started my Shadow subscription a few hours ago, tried launching a few games I own and they don't run because of insufficient vram. Checked the specifications and couldn't find a graphics card listed anywhere. No idea whether I've done something wrong or is it an issue within Shadow, I'd appreciate some help with this

Go to Device Manager > Display adaptors. What is shown?

Okay so it's there.. But the virtual GPU (Red Hat) which is the fallback GPU is also active for some reason. Right click and disable the Redhat. Then restart, if it comes back the same. Shutdown the Shadow for at least 10 mins. Should resolve it, then proceed to update the GPU drivers via either Nvidia App or website.
