I've had an issue for the past 1.5 weeks or so that is new. If I start up Shadow, it goes to the Windows starting password screen, as is normal. Then, after I enter my password and hit enter, the stream/Shadow freezes, which obviously is not.
I go through a process of starting and turning off Shadow, and, inconsistently, it allows for actually using the machine.
Is this a known issue? How can I log in normally again?

on the shadow website VM manager do a factory reset and start with a fresh new windows install (and lose everything on C drive)
