If i try run a game example stellar blade is says the direct 12 is not running on your system, on browsers if i move the mouse around over a picture or urls the then i see flshy grey pixels movin around. What is the issue ? Its suddently appeared aftr next day

GPU is most likely not enabled / attached, shutdown shadow and try again
