I just subscribed to Shadow PC, but I realized that my current data center is Washington DC, which causes high latency because I am located in South Korea.
Is it possible to change my data center to a closer region such as Japan (Tokyo), Hong Kong, or Singapore?
If not, is it possible to cancel or refund my current subscription and re-subscribe in a closer region?
Please let me know the best available option.
