Hello. I've been paying €50 monthly via PayPal for months, and now suddenly the payment method is being declined. Unfortunately, PayPal is the only option. There's no Klarna or instant bank transfer, which is really disappointing.

Where is the support? I only have a page where you can ask a question from a list of pre-selected options. Very customer-unfriendly, but that's to be expected from Shadow PC – they treat their customers like dirt. Is there any direct support available somewhere?
