Now, you will have to contact Support via email:
help@shadow.tech

And be ready to provide them proofs that will confirm you ownership.
Only Shadow Support can change emails, and you if don't access to that one anymore, might be a bit tricky to get it back.

Worth to try. Bare in mind that they don't work on weekends.

Tell exactly what happened. The email that was used to create your account, you no longer have access to it.

Ask them what's needed to prove that you're the owner of that account and if there's any possibility to recover it + change the email to one that you have access.

Just send proof of payment you probably got a receipt

Mines doing the same thing and I was just on it and it said failed to update now it wont login
