Bluestacks cannot run because it needs the files that are deactivated by shadow, AND a emulator wont run

shadow doesn't expose VT-x/AMD-V, for many reasons (security/performance mostly), so you can't do nested virtualisation using Shadow (shadow also being a Virtual Machine)
