Shadow pc dont start

The pc dont start i try all the option i find unistal,reconect,repair pc,change internet conection ,try on mobile but dont start always come the code V,G,U -101

Especially for U-100, if you can't get it working, you have to contact support here: #support-ticket ... no one in the community help can fix that if the known workarounds don't help.

If there is no important data on the Shadow you can consider to factory reset it. But I'd suggest to contact the support.
