As in when last on your Shadow did you install/uninstall anything?

But anyways depending on what caused it you could issue a shutdown, once it's off wait 15 mins and try again.

If that still doesn't help, you might need to reset the VM and start over.

Reset takes 30-60 mins, so chances are you didn't shutdown the VM before reset and it errored.

@desert meadow i had the same issue yesterday. So i had to reset my VM. Thanks god, i have added another disk, so all what i had on D: was saved 😄
