Each time I try to connect my headset to the shadow pc it says its connecting and then says Establishing Connection but never continues from there this issue has been happening for 3 days and ive had shadow pc for about 3 months. Ive uninstall and reinstall both virtual desktop and shadow

any details you can add ? you changed internet service provider ? hardware (router) / added new wifi router ? made any system changes on shadow ?

shadow works using shadow client, just not with Virtual Desktop so ?
