I subscribed like 3 hours ago & it too the 37.99 out of my account but it still says i don’t have a subscription. On the website when i sign in it says my pc is ready to launch but i don’t know how to launch it. When i press start now on the webpage, it loads very slow; it’s been loading for about almost 2 hours now.

Check that the VM has a user assigned, which will be to your account email.
Other than that, reach out to Shadow Support to find a solution.
