Hi everyone, I really need some help.
I bought Shadow today, installed my game and Windows updates, but I’m having huge problems with the connection and overall performance.

The picture quality is very bad and blurry, even when I set the game to maximum settings.
After about 10 minutes the connection becomes terrible everything starts freezing, the image breaks, and even Windows itself lags extremely hard.

I installed the newest NVIDIA drivers inside Shadow, but nothing improved.
What confuses me is that download speeds are insanely fast (I downloaded a 40 GB game in about 20 minutes),
but everything else (streaming, desktop, game) lags horribly.

Does anyone know what could cause this, or how to fix it?
Any help or advice would be appreciated I can’t use Shadow at all right now.

Don't forget that cloud gaming depends entirely on your network environment, such as good devices, a ISP that doesn't cause routing problems very often, etc.

Your Quick Menu is showing both Unstable warnings up above.

As the Quick Menu stats are currently broken, do it differently to check what's happening...

Open the Quick Menu, and press Win+ALT+I (of Internet). A small window at the top right corner will appear.
From there, monitor your latency and packet loss.

Hey! Thanks again for your help.
Just wanted to update you I managed to fix the lag issue. After reinstalling Night Crows inside ExitLag and setting up the routes again, the connection became stable and everything runs smoothly now.

But I have another problem:
I’m playing Night Crows, and it requires AFK farming for many hours.
Shadow keeps closing my session automatically after around 30 minutes of inactivity, even though the game is running.

So basically, if I don’t move my mouse or keyboard for some time, Shadow exits the stream and disconnects me. I already checked Windows power settings, disabled sleep/hibernation, and everything there is set correctly, but Shadow itself still closes the session.

Is there any way to disable this auto-disconnect?
I need Shadow to stay active for long AFK sessions without touching the mouse.

Thanks in advance if you know anything about that.

# drifting sierra Pro plans has longer afk times (4 hours if i remember) or you can buy the extra ...

Ah, I see… thanks for the clarification.
That’s a bit disappointing though, because I really need long AFK sessions for Night Crows.

Just to be sure
with the regular plan there’s absolutely no way to prevent the session from closing after inactivity?
No settings, no workaround, nothing?

I don’t mind upgrading to Pro later, but I want to confirm that there’s truly no option on the standard plan.
