so it started by saying DNS not found whenever i tried to search anything on the browser. i’m trying to do work and need to use the browser. then it said i wasn’t connected (see first image). for context, ever since i got my shadow pc its been connected via ethernet, im not sure how to change that to have it connected to my own wifi connection, but its always been connected to wifi via ethernet somehow.

i tried to power off my shadow pc and try again, and now it won’t let me in at all, giving me this message every time i try (see second message)

i genuinely do not know what to do at this point.

When your VM has no Internet connection, shutdown your Shadow PC (preferably via Start Menu -> Shutdown), wait 15 minutes and then try again.

It usually solves this problem. Happens every now and then, and that's how to solve it.
