Looks like shutting down the Shadow PC from the launcher, waiting 5 minutes and then relaunching seems to have fixed/refreshed itself.

you need to hit the repair my shadow button under the l;auncher main menu before trying to connect then close vlauncher let it repair you will have to close it multi times and hit connect once you get to the driver error hit retry then once it reboots it will put you on login screen

Click on the question mark icon on the launcher repair my shadow is under there run it
