I purchased the Shadow service, but I didn't receive any email confirming a successful purchase. The purchase invoice appears as if I hadn't made any purchases, and the money has already been deducted from my bank account.

I just made another payment but they didn't return the previous one. The other one shows me as "Pending transaction", but it doesn't make sense because the payment I just made also shows me as "Pending transaction" but they already gave me my shadow PC and in the other case they deducted the money but didn't give me anything.
