Hello, so just for reference i ordered an additional 512gb last saturday and turned off and on my pc. But weird thing is that it still did not reflect yet.

I have a Pro Expert with 1Tb subscription

Have you checked Disk Management to see if it’s showing as unallocated?

Yes i did check its not showing i only have C: and unallocated disk 0 partition 2 (100mb)

Hmm if not showing the 512GB unallocated as another Disk to create new volume, you’ll need to contact Shadow Support.
