Hang on, after third try of hitting "Retry", it got past the uninstall/reinstall component message and I think I'm into the PC...

how did u fix that ..? ive un updated my pc uninstalled shadow pc multiple times turned my firewall off and still get that message 💔

I truly wish I knew. It wasn't working and now it's just working. BEFORE I actually posted this, I had already done the "Repair My Shadow PC" step and waited 30 mins. It was still doing that message as you can see, but now it's working...!

ive done the repair thing.. 6 times
whenever the update thing gets to restart it just doesnt and fails

Connection Timeout is different from the OP's problem.
They were stuck on the Update Failed.
What's the error code that is informed along with the Connection Timeout message?
