This entire week, I've been experiencing wait times upwards of 2 hours just to connect to my PC (Portland Data Center). I've updated my Mac, tried via web or iPad OS, download the Shadow Beta, confirmed my network is on the 5 GHz band (though for some reason my shadow only detects 2.4) I've even closed any singular other wifi-connected items. I have a full gig up/down on my network and should not be having any latency issues on my end. I started trying to connect around 6:45 PST, it's now 9:20 PST and I have yet to have any access to my PC all day. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm a power user, and I do pay a lot for this product. This happens every few months or so now. What's the deal? The status page shows no issues for the Portland server either.

Update: It was just on "Less than a minute" for probably 5 minutes, and then jumped back up to 58 minutes🙃 it's been almost 3 hours of trying to connect to my PC. 9:34 PM PST
Update: Restarted my PC for the third or fourth time, restarted the app (again) and finally got connected at 9:44 PM PST. I'm glad to be connected now, but is there some maintenance event or service issue over the past week that anyone knows of that could be causing these issues?
same here.. I've been a paying customer for over two years and this is the first time I've had to wait so long just to connect to the Portland server. what is going on??
+1, I've been a member for years off and on. Around a year ago I began seeing the occasional "waiting for a slot". Recently I've gotten 30-45+ minute plus wait times at the weirdest hours (e.g. 2 PM on a Tuesday). Portland server wth...
Same here been a subscriber since this service started almost. Never had to wait, now I wait every single time I boot sometimes upwards of 40 minutes.
Paying for power tier and still dealing with that isn't gonna work for me long term.
